These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Jaro Spark mobile application (“the Game”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you (“the Player”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy and all in‑game rules, notices, and guidelines. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Jaro Spark, the Player acknowledges and agrees to comply with all Terms, including future updates.

Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration & Login

Players may log in using supported authentication providers (Apple, Google, Facebook, or Huawei) or play in Guest Mode.

Guest Mode: Progress may not be recoverable if the device is lost, reset, or the app is uninstalled.

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. In‑Game Purchases

The Game offers optional purchases including, but not limited to, currency packs, boosters, Wish Wallet cards, map pin packages, and OSO Premium questions.

All transactions are processed securely through the respective app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery).

All purchases are final and non‑refundable unless required by regional consumer protection laws.

Certain features (e.g., first Wish Wallet card, first OSO Premium question) may be unlocked via rewarded advertisements.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

All virtual items—including coins, boosters, decorations, cards, and map pins—exist solely within the Game.

Virtual items do not hold real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, transferred, or sold.

The Player obtains only a limited, non‑transferable license to use virtual items within the Game.

5. User‑Generated Content (UGC)

Players may create or upload content such as:

  • Wishes
  • Spark News posts
  • Jaro Universe map pins
  • Postcards and blessings

All UGC must comply with community standards:

  • No offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • No explicit, violent, or illegal material
  • No harassment, bullying, impersonation, or defamation
  • No sharing of personal, private, or sensitive information

Failure to comply may result in removal of content, temporary restrictions, or permanent account termination.

6. Geolocation Features – Jaro Universe

Certain features require access to approximate geolocation data.

Location-based posts (map pins) are visible within the Game depending on player settings.

Players accept responsibility for any content they attach to their location-based posts.

The first map pin may be unlocked via a rewarded ad; additional pins require coins or paid packs.

Publicly boosted wishes may appear globally in Spark News.

7. OSO Premium Chat

OSO Premium provides entertainment-only responses.

Responses must not be considered legal, financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice.

The first question is unlocked via a rewarded ad; subsequent questions cost $99.99 USD each.

8. Player Conduct & Responsibilities

Players agree to:

  • Use the Game respectfully and ethically
  • Avoid exploiting bugs, cheats, or unauthorized tools
  • Refrain from abusing, threatening, or harassing other players
  • Respect all game mechanics, rules, and limitations

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or account suspension.

9. Moderation & Safety Measures

Jaro Spark employs automated and manual moderation.

Players may report inappropriate content or behavior through in‑game tools.

Moderators reserve the right to remove harmful, disruptive, or unsafe content.

10. Data Usage & Privacy

Data is collected to improve gameplay, support personalization, enable cloud saves, and maintain account functionality.

Use of third-party login providers (Apple, Google, Facebook, Huawei) is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Players may request account or data deletion according to applicable platform regulations.

11. Updates, Maintenance & Feature Changes

The Game may be updated regularly to introduce features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Features may be added, altered, or removed without prior notice.

Major changes will be communicated through in‑game messages or patch notes.

12. Termination of Access

Developers reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in cases including, but not limited to:

    • Violation of these Terms
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Abuse of platform systems
    • Harmful or unsafe behavior toward the community

    Termination may result in loss of progress, virtual items, or access to premium features.

    13. Intellectual Property Rights

    All content within the Game, including but not limited to characters, artwork, illustrations, designs, animations, logos, and visual elements, is the exclusive property of Jaro Spark Online Gaming.

    The characters Jaro, Isla, and Oso are officially registered intellectual works with the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Economy under Intellectual Works Rights Registration (Drawings Works), registered in March 2025.

    These characters and related assets are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws in the United Arab Emirates and internationally. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of these characters or assets, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Jaro Spark Online Gaming.
