Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Jaro Spark mobile application (“the Game”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all in-game rules, notices, and guidelines. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Game immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Jaro Spark, the Player agrees to comply with all Terms, including future updates. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration & Login

• Login via Apple, Google, Facebook, or Huawei
• Guest Mode is available but progress may be lost if the app is deleted or device is reset
• Players are responsible for maintaining account security and credentials

3. In-Game Purchases

• Optional purchases include currency packs, boosters, Wish Wallet cards, map pins, and OSO Premium questions
• All payments are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Some features may be unlocked via rewarded advertisements

4. Virtual Items & Currency

All virtual items (coins, boosters, cards, decorations, pins) exist only within the Game and have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Players may create content such as wishes, Spark News posts, map pins, postcards, and blessings.

• No hateful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• No illegal, explicit, or violent content
• No harassment, bullying, or impersonation
• No sharing of private or sensitive information

Violations may result in content removal, restrictions, or account termination.

6. Geolocation Features – Jaro Universe

• Approximate location may be used for gameplay features
• Map pins and location posts are visible based on settings
• Players are responsible for content shared with location data
• Some features may require ads or coins to unlock

7. OSO Premium Chat

• OSO Premium provides entertainment-only responses
• Not a substitute for professional advice
• First question unlocked via rewarded ad
• Subsequent questions may cost $99.99 USD

8. Player Conduct

• Use the Game respectfully and ethically
• No cheating, exploiting bugs, or unauthorized tools
• No harassment or abusive behavior
• Respect all game rules and systems

9. Moderation & Safety

Jaro Spark uses automated and manual moderation systems. Content may be removed if it violates community guidelines. Players can report inappropriate behavior through in-game tools.

10. Data Usage & Privacy

Data is used to improve gameplay, enable cloud saves, personalize experience, and maintain account functionality. Third-party login providers are subject to their own privacy policies.

11. Updates & Changes

The Game may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Major updates may be communicated in-game.

12. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, abuse, or harmful behavior. This may result in loss of progress, items, or access.

13. Intellectual Property

All content in Jaro Spark, including characters, artwork, designs, animations, and logos, belongs to Jaro Spark Online Gaming.

The characters Jaro, Isla, and Oso are officially registered intellectual works under the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Economy (March 2025). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
